Terms for Use
You agree, through your use of this website, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, adult material, or otherwise in violation of any International or United States Federal law. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright or you have written consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also forbidden on this site.
Note that it is impossible for the staff or the owners of this site to confirm the validity of posts. Please remember that we do not actively monitor the posted messages, and as such, are not responsible for the content contained within. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information presented. The posted messages express the views of the author, and not necessarily the views of this forum, its staff, its subsidiaries, Continental Singers, Soundlight Productions, or the admin of this site. Anyone who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to notify an administrator or moderator of this site immediately. The staff and the owner of site forum reserve the right to remove objectionable content, within a reasonable time frame, if they determine that removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that they may not be able to remove or edit particular messages immediately. This policy applies to member profile information as well.

Passwords
With this user account you are about to register, you agree to never give your password out to another person except an administrator, for your protection and for validity reasons. You also agree to NEVER use another person's account for any reason. We also HIGHLY recommend you use a complex and unique password for your account, to prevent account theft.
User Profiles
After you register and login to this forum, you will be able to fill out a detailed profile. It is your responsibility to present clean and accurate information. Any information that Continental Ministries believe to be inaccurate or vulgar in nature will be removed, with or without prior notice. Appropriate sanctions may be applicable. Links to blogging/networking sites are NOT permitted in profiles(ie: MySpace, Xanga, LiveJournal). Links found to blogging/networking sites will be removed from profiles. However, links to personal website are permissible. All posted links are subject to removal at the discretion of the admin.
IP Protocol
Please note that with each post, your IP address is recorded, in the event that you need to be banned from this forum or your ISP contacted. This will only happen in the event of a major violation of this agreement. Personal Messages and e-mails sent through the site are logged for security purposes only. Messages are not read unless a concern is brought up. Also note that the software places a cookie, a text file containing bits of information (such as your username and password), in your browser's cache. This is ONLY used to keep you logged in/out. The software does not collect or send any other form of information to your computer.
Use/Ownership of Pictures
By joining this site, you give Continental Ministries permission to use uploaded data for promotional material or any other purpose seen fit without further permission from you or remuneration from Continental Ministries. Image watermarks/copyrights are not allowed and images uploaded with these will be removed. As the user, you are not allowed use pictures appearing on ContinentalMemories.com on other websites unless you took them yourself or have written permission directly from the taker/uploader of the picture or from the administrator of ContinentalMemories.com.
Posting
You may view posts from all tours, but may only post to boards of tours that you have been on, as well as the public Continental groups. Posting links to third party sites is acceptable, but links to other blogging/networking sites is NOT permitted (ie: MySpace, Xanga, LiveJournal). Links found to blogging/networking sites will be removed from posts. All posted links are subject to removal at the discretion of the admin. ContinentalMemories.com, Continental Singers, and Soundlight Productions do not have control over third party sites, so please be careful before clicking links that take you away from ContinentalMemories.com. We are not responsible for content found on other sites.
Donations
Donations made through the site and sent to Continental Ministries and go to keep this site in operation. Refunds cannot be made, regardless to site downtime, account suspension, or any other reason. Donations to keep this site in operation are not tax-deductible.
E-mails
By leaving the “Receive email from administrators” box checked, you agree to receive occasional updates or news bulletins by the administrator that you might be interested in – always related to ContinentalMemories.com, Continental Ministries, or other news relating to those who have previously toured with the Continentals Singers.
Modification of Terms
Continental Ministries reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
Acknowledgment of Terms
By using this site, you accept these terms of service and if you violate these terms, your account is subject to warnings, posts restricted to moderator preview, temporary lost of posting abilities, loss of member privileges, or account termination, or your IP address may be banned. The administrator of ContinentalMemories.com has the final say in any disputes with any issues regarding the site, and your account may be suspended or terminated at any time by the administrator if necessary.
